In our signature eclectic style, we have created a program to transport you to the unique sound worlds of five celebrated and captivating composers.

The program will feature music by one of the most awarded composers of our time, Jennifer Higdon, Pulitzer Prize winning composer Caroline Shaw, D.C based award-winning composer Natalie Draper, and Syrian-American composer Kareem Roustom. No season would be complete this year without giving nod to one of America’s most beloved and celebrated composers Leonard Bernstein.  In the year of his 100th birthday, Bernstein’s continues to be an important figure and a great inspiration for many composers of today.

Our good friends spectacular violinist Sarah Silver Manzke, the San Antonio Symphony’s Associate Concertmaster, and internationally esteemed violist from the Miller-Porfiris Duo Rita Porfiris, will be our guests for this exciting program.
