We welcome Jamie Bernstein’s return to perform with the Chamber Choir as we celebrate the 100th birthday of her father, legendary composer, conductor and educator, Leonard Bernstein. Jamie explains, “Leonard Bernstein’s essential approach to music was one of celebration. As my Dad’s 100th birthday approaches we have an unprecedented opportunity to reciprocate the celebration by sounding out his marvelous notes for all the world to hear.” The full range of his genius will be on display with highlights from West Side Story and Candide, and sacred music including “Hashkivenu” and “Chichester Psalms.”
